My #TrueKeyTos to reduce anxiety and stress…

You’ll need:

  • 8-ounce glass of warm milk
  • A valerian tea
  • Lavender essential oil

 

When you feel anxious, drink an 8-ounce glass of warm milk or a valerian tea. You can also apply a few drops of lavender essential oil to your temples, heart, bottoms of your feet, and even your pillow. This little trick is also great for pets! And most importantly – remember to breathe slowly and deeply, that will calm the nervous system.
