You’ll need:
- Several drops of sesame seed oil
- A small metal spoon
- An ear dropper
- A lighter or match
Place 2-3 drops of the oil in a metal spoon and then place a lit lighter or match under the spoon for a few seconds to warm the oil slightly, until it is a comfortable temperature on the skin, but will not burn it. Suck the warm oil into the ear dropper and pour a drop of the oil into the affected ear.
