How to get rid of a hangover

  1. Cook the ginger root in water, preferably at low heat for 15 minutes (although you can also boil it).
  2. Remove it from the heat and let cool.
  3. Squeeze in the orange and lemon juice and then add the ginger tea.
  4. Add some honey to taste.
  5. Drink this hot or cold during the day, preferably every two hours.
