- Boil a pint of water with the 2 tea bags.
- Pour the water with the 2 black tea bags into the foot tub.
- Later on, when the water is a good temperature and you’re not going to burn your skin, submerge your feet in the plastic tub for a ½ hour.
- You can repeat the process every day or every other day.
- Remember to sprinkle all of your shoes with talcum powder or baking soda afterwards, in order to control the bad odor.
