A delicious tea for alleviating the symptoms of chikungunya or the flu

  1. Boil the water with the ginger and leaves.
  2. Remove from heat and allow it to cool, until a comfortable drinking temperature is obtained.
  3. Strain and pour the tea into a glass jar and add honey to taste.
